Products & Services

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, specifications, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate.

Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Minor variations in stitching, fabric texture, sizing, and print placement are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

Custom Orders

Custom-manufactured products are produced based on artwork, specifications, and approvals provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

Design artwork
Logos
Colours
Sizes
Quantity
Spellings
Placement of graphics

Production begins only after final approval.

See Rise is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before manufacturing.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, artwork charges, sampling charges, or additional customization costs may be charged separately unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Advance payment may be required before production.
Production schedules begin only after payment confirmation.
Delayed payments may result in delayed delivery.

Production & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith.

Actual timelines may vary due to:

Material availability
Order quantity
Customer approval delays
Shipping delays
Force majeure events

While we strive to meet agreed schedules, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the logistics partner.

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

Returns & Cancellation

Standard Products

Unused, unwashed standard products may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to approval.

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Embroidered Products
Team Jerseys
Corporate Uniforms
Event Merchandise
Products manufactured specifically for a customer

Returns will only be accepted if products are defective or incorrect due to our manufacturing error.

Customer Artwork

Customers retain ownership of artwork submitted by them.

Quality Standards

We maintain strict quality control during manufacturing.

Garment measurements

within accepted industry tolerances shall not be considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, See Rise shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Loss of business
Loss of profits
Delays caused by third-party service providers
Events beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Warranty

Products are covered only against manufacturing defects identified upon delivery.

Damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse
Incorrect storage
